Marty Cooper
Marty has over 35 years of experience within the construction industry through both architectural design and general contracting. While he has extensive experience in designing major subdivisions and commercial projects alike, his true passion will always be in luxury residences.
Marty’s upbringing in Hawaii translates through designs that merge island lifestyle ease with an elevated and timeless take on the modern home. He intimately understands the geographical factors that affect island home design. His knowledge of trade wind patterns, environmental weather patterns, and local county ordinances brings a helpful perspective to each project.
He brings a very unique skill set to the construction industry. His perspective on the built environment incorporates the need for creative design in addition to an understanding of Hawaii’s construction industry’s constraints: due to material availability issues, government regulations, labor concerns, and the local financial climate. Marty also holds a subcontractor's specialty license for Stone and Tile Fabrication.
Sese Vave
Sese and Marty have been working together for over 25 years. Sese’s design and technical skills have been at the heart of the firms production. Sese is also a licensed mason and serves the community as a pastor.
Rocky DeLyon
Rocky recently joined us in 2023, from an electrical engineering firm. He brings with him an eye for modernism along with an understanding of the Maui community.
